    A dynamic, flow-based vinyasa class blending traditional and nontraditional postures to lift your energy and mood. You’ll be invited to meet yourself where you are, whether that's trying a new handstand trick or simply resting with legs up the wall. All bodies are welcome. Expect to build strength, agility, and a deeper sense of self… and leave with that unmistakable post-class yoga high. Stick around after to soak up the vibes with the crew.

  • Strength

    We believe free weight strength training is foundational for healthy bodies. This class will incorporate traditional strength training exercises that will improve your muscle mass, bone density and confidence levels. Add in a fun crew of people cheering you on, this class will leave you feeling strong AF and maybe feeling yourself a bit more than you did when you walked in the room. Crew hangs post class encouraged.

  • Pilates

    Classical mat Pilates workouts add an important layer to your workout regimen. Our mat Pilates class utilizes a traditional Pilates ball and your own body weight in a precise, controlled manner to activate the deep muscles needed for a strong core and focused mind. This one is a must do for every level of practitioner. The mood is filled with clarity, positivity and an improved sense of wellbeing. You’ll be trembling in delight.

  • Sculpt

    Need an endorphin high? This is it, ya’ll. High energy, uplifting beats and a place to set your body free as you get out of your own way. You’ll increase your endurance, strength and feelings of joy in just a short amount of time. Get ready for some yoga vibes mixed with cardio bursts and strength exercises utilizing resistance bands, dumbbells and your own body weight. Good Mood, guaranteed.

  • Dance Sculpt

    Ready to move with this high energy and easy to follow cardio dance sculpt class? Our Dance Cardio Sculpt classes combines a quick sculpt workout with fun, easy-to-follow choreography—no dance experience required. You’ll find yourself moving to the music with upbeat playlists, you’ll feel energized, and ready for the next one at the end of each class. It’s a great workout that combines a 20 minute overall body workout and lots of booty shaking….who knows, maybe you’ll end up twerking upside down on the wall. We know one thing for sure is that you’ll leave feeling in a damn good mood.
