Yes — we understand that life happens.
We hope you get there within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. If you arrive late, please enter quietly and be prepared to get settled and begin class safely on your own without disrupting the experience for others.
We'd always rather see you than not see you, so if you're running a few minutes behind, come on in and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes - because our classes are intentionally intimate (just 11 spots), every reservation matters. To make sure everyone has a fair opportunity to attend class, we have the following cancellation policy:
Late Cancellations
Please cancel at least 4 hours before class if you're unable to attend.Reservations canceled within 4 hours of class start time will incur a $20 late cancellation fee.
No-Shows
If you reserve a spot and do not attend class without canceling, a $24 no-show fee will be charged.We understand that life happens. If an emergency arises, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to help.

We recommend 3–5 classes per week for the best results. Consistency beats intensity every time.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class begins. This gives you enough time to check in, set up your space, and settle in before we get started.
If it's your first visit to Good Mood, consider arriving a few extra minutes early so we can show you around and answer any questions.

If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens up, Mindbody will automatically move you into class and send you an email notification.
Be sure to keep an eye on your email, especially as class time approaches.
